Sketch Lite Photography & Art Studio LLC Policies
These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for every client. By booking a session with Sketch Lite Photography & Art Studio LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following guidelines.
1. Booking Policies & Procedures
Once you submit your information through the Contact Me page, you will receive an email response within 24 hours. During this time, we will discuss session details including timing, location, and creative direction.
After confirming a date, an invoice will be emailed to you.
Your session fee must be paid in full to secure your date. Once payment is received, your session is officially booked.
The session fee is non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies
Rescheduling
You are allowed one reschedule per session.
You must contact Sketch Lite Photography & Art Studio LLC via email at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.
If you request a reschedule within 48 hours of your session, the original session fee is forfeited and a new session fee will be required to book a new date.
Weather‑Related Cancellations
Sketch Lite Photography & Art Studio LLC reserves the right to determine whether weather conditions require rescheduling.
If your session is canceled due to weather:
You will receive an email notification.
You will be provided with a list of available reschedule dates.
Weather‑related rescheduling does not count as your one allowed reschedule.
Rescheduling Fee
A $20.00 canceling and rescheduling fee applies to all non‑weather‑related changes.
3. Late Arrival Policy
To respect all clients’ time, sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.
Arrivals 10–15 minutes late may result in reduced shooting time.
Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be considered a no‑show and require rebooking with a new session fee.
Session fees are not refunded or credited for lost time due to lateness.
4. Editing & Retouching Policies
All delivered images include standard editing, such as:
Color correction
Exposure adjustments
Cropping
Artistic toning consistent with the Sketch Lite style
Advanced retouching (skin smoothing, body contouring, object removal, etc.) is available upon request for an additional fee.
Sketch Lite Photography & Art Studio LLC does not release unedited or RAW files under any circumstances.

5. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary by session type.
Standard portrait sessions: 7–14 business days
Studio sessions: 5–10 business days
Events: 2–4 weeks
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
6. Image Delivery
Final images are delivered through a secure online gallery.
Galleries remain active for 30 days. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images within this timeframe.
Reactivation of expired galleries may incur a fee.
7. Payment Policies
Session fees are due in full at the time of booking.
Additional products (prints, albums, retouching, etc.) must be paid in full before delivery.
Accepted payment methods will be listed on your invoice.
8. Copyright & Usage Rights
Sketch Lite Photography & Art Studio LLC retains full copyright to all images created.
Clients receive personal-use rights, which allow:
Sharing on social media
Printing for personal use
Displaying in personal spaces
Clients may not:
Edit or alter images
Sell images
Submit images to contests or publications without written permission
Use images for commercial or promotional purposes
For commercial clients, a separate Licensing & Usage Rights Agreement will be provided.
9. Model Release
By booking a session, you grant Sketch Lite Photography & Art Studio LLC permission to use images for:
Portfolio display
Website galleries
Social media
Marketing materials
If you prefer a private session with no image usage, a no‑release option is available for an additional fee.
10. Studio Rules
For studio sessions:
No additional guests unless previously approved
Children must be supervised at all times
No food or drinks near equipment
Props must be handled with care
11. Safety & Conduct
Sketch Lite Photography & Art Studio LLC maintains a safe, respectful environment.
Sessions may be ended immediately if inappropriate behavior occurs.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
12. Agreement
By booking a session with Sketch Lite Photography & Art Studio LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed above.
